Denis turned to acting just a few years ago in 2014 when he enrolled in a class at The Gaiety School of Acting. He already had a varied history of career choices behind him. These included professional athlete, taxi driver, school teacher, real estate broker, children's entertainer and many more in Ireland and California. He was awarded an athletic scholarship at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego and competed for their track & field and cross country teams.
The choice of acting was no surprise really as Denis had already been performing for several years after he started Kids Party Club, a successful children's entertainment business in Cork. Kids Party Club specialises in puppet show entertainment as well as magic and other activities suited to children age two to ninety-two!
